It’s getting hot and humid again and even though it’s dark at 9 pm, I still feel like summer’s in full swing. These are the lazy, hazy days of late summer. A time to enjoy the moment. Take your cue from Man’s Best Friend.

We all know that money can’t buy happiness. It’s the little things that make life rich. In this day and age of digital overload, I think we should all step back and appreciate the small comforts, the serene moments and the love in our lives.
Spending quality time with our pets. Finding the perfect pair of comfy boots. Having the time to wrap presents with care. Lying in bed on a rainy day with coffee and a great book.

We all know that money can’t buy happiness. It’s the little things that make life rich. A sunset or an unexpected visit from an old friend.
I’m going to start a series of posts called the rich life. In this day and age of digital overload, I think we should all step back and appreciate the small comforts, the serene moments and the love in our lives.
That first cup of freshly brewed coffee in the morning, the wonderful aroma of lavender, an impulse day trip to the countryside, when the icing to cake ratio is absolutely perfect.
